Radius formwork has panels of variable curvature. They are interconnected using universal locks, which makes it possible to install the structure in the design position. The height of standard types of shields is on average from 3 to 6 meters.
The basis of the radius formwork is a I-beam wooden beam made of coniferous wood, which can change the curvature due to the presence of metal belts. All the components of the formwork system are combined into a single module, which serves for quick concreting of curved walls with a radius of 3 m.
After dismantling the radius formwork system, a flat concrete surface remains that does not require any modifications. A simple design and high turnover make it possible to quickly move and assemble the formwork at other sites.

• High-capacity modular steel frames for heavy slabs in infrastructural construction. System elements design provides for easy on-site assemble to form heavy-duty rigid shoring towers or regular ground scaffoldings.

High-quality spruce and birch plywood panels. We offer uncoated and coated plywood of different geometry for various end uses such as:

• Building and construction;
• Formwork, e.g. formwork systems, horizontal casting and wall casting.

Our plywood panels are available in thickness of up to 40 mm. If required the surface of the plywood panels can be coated with phenolic film 120 g/m2 or 220 g/m2. The main features of our plywood include:

The main features of our beams include:

• Thick, shock-resistant, beveled protective cup made of polyethylene provides protection from splintering and premature chipping at the web and chord ends;
• Indestructible finger-joints between chords and webs;
• The webs are made of water resistant plywood to ensure high carrying capacity for continuous use in all climate zones

Our beams can be used in many areas of construction, such as slab formwork, wall formwork, bridge and tunnel formwork, as well as for scaffoldings and working platforms.

During the concrete casting process, it is attached to the end of the ribbed iron to ensure that the molds do not explode and the distance between them is the same. As the threaded parts holding iron are hardened, they are protected from abrasion in a short time. It is manufactured in red color.

Any retainer, whether it is a "Chair" or an "Asterisk", is a universal item, which is suitable for fixing composite rods, and for steel frame reinforcement.

In addition, the net is widely used:
• in agriculture – toprotect greenhouses and gardens from hail damage, birds, and excess sunlight;
• in sports – asvisible barriers for ski trails and paint ball grounds layout, etc.
The safety net/mesh is manufactured of high-density knotted polyethylene tapes.

Specific weight is 35-180 g/m2:
• 35 g/m2 - light transmissibility 65%, shelter for the scaffolds
• 55 g/m2 - light transmissibility 55%, shelter for the scaffolds
• 80 g/m2 - light transmissibility 35%, shelter for the scaffolds, creating shade, preventing small debris from falling
• 130 g/m2 - light transmissibility 25%, creating shade and shelter from wind and dust, protect from hail damage and birds
• 180 g/m2 - light transmissibility 15%, creating shade and shelter from wind and dust, protect from hail damage and birds

The mesh screens retain their plastic properties and shape within the range of temperatures from -40°C to +50°C, and they are not exposed to ultraviolet. Durable,
undecayable, non-susceptible to corrosion.
